New Years Baby

Joe was born at 5:17 am on January 1st, 2009. He weighed 10 lbs and 2 oz, and was 23 inches long. He was quite a big baby. The doctor didn't believe I would be able to deliver him without a c-section! But she was wrong... He came out with giant feet and hands and blue eyes and brown hair. He passed all his tests and was doing great.

Here I am, just a few days before Joe was born. Needless to say at this point I had told my doctors multiple times that 'this baby's getting really big, I really think we need to induce sooner."

Well, I finally decided that it might be easy to create a blog so that I can send updates on how we are doing and show some pictures... mostly of Joe of course. So, I'm going to try and go back and put some photos of the little man up back from when he was born... and then get present.
